These shears are excellent quality and have many different uses from cutting up herbs and vegetables to using these to do paper crafts. The blades are sharp enough to cut through many types of food and many layers of paper but they wont cut you if you run your finger over them making them safe to use in and out of the kitchen. Te handles are nice sized and feel comfortable in my large sized hands. The blades are kept together with screws that come out for easy cleaning of each individual blade. The scissors pivot on a screw easily allowing the fainted of pressure to cut through anything. The product comes with a comb to push out any stuck herbs,vegetable, or paper meaning nothing goes to waste. The stainless steel prevents rust and stops the scissors from absorbing any gross smells. Overall a great product that i highly recommend!
