This is my amazon review of the product:
The thermometer is very high quality, it provides and accurate and fast reading on a small but easy to read screen. The length of the metal is great for getting into the center of large birds or roasts. The length also lets this product be useful for sausages and hot dogs. The thermometer doesn't have to be fully inserted to give an accurate reading so this can be used to test any size food in almost any shape. The product is easy to use with just four buttons that are labeled with what they do. Overall the product is solid and is high quality. This is highly recommended to cooks in any type of kitchen.
