This is my amazon review of the product:
This is definitely the high quality and best tasting Matcha Green Tea powder I have ever had. The size of the container is great. Quite a few cups of tea can be made with this or a few baking recipes. The powder is very fine making it perfect for baking into cookies or cake, and the fine powder mixes quickly into water or milk. I prefer to mix this with hot milk for a more creamy green tea taste, but water provides a pleasant experience as well. The product comes with a protective seal to keep the product fresh until it is open and the lid screws on tight to keep the freshness even after being opened. Overall this is a wonderful product for a great price.
