This tea is great it cleans out unwanted toxins from your body to help stop craving of sugar, to smoking, to any other addiction that naturally occurs from excessive use. This relieves bloating and helps regulate your immune system. The taste is amazing with a strong cinnamon and black tea taste that brews in minutes. The lose tea leaves need to be placed into a tea defuser but this keeps the product fresher and seems to allow the tea to brew with bolder un-bitter flavors. The bag has 28 days worth of product with 2 cups of tea per day so you get 56 cups from just one bag! Overall this provides great health benefits and has an enjoyable taste to go along with it.
