This product is wonderful you can do a large variety of stretches and exercises plus the bag the product comes with make storage and transportation easy and effective. It is a great starting bundle for those getting into yoga and crossfit and with the quality these offer it is your best options to purchase from this amazing brand!The materials used are durable and provide the perfect resistance for an excellent workout and stretch. The muscle rolling ball has a nice give to it and feels wonderful on tight muscles. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended.
