This is my amazon review of the product:
This product is quite useful for moving house hold items such as couches, chairs, and tables with ease. The small square goes under the legs or corners of the object that needs moved and allows even the heaviest of things to be slid across hardwood, tile, and even carpet. The product is rather small but works just as good as the large circular movers from competitive brands. You get a large number of the small squares so you can apply these to all of your furniture in one or two purchases. Overall this product does its job well, is easy to apply to items, and will make moving items much easier and safer.
