This is my amazon review for the product:
This jump rope has great quality and durability. The rope is a thin cable that is strong and easy to use. The handles are comfortable and allow you to adjust the length on the rope so anyone can use this product. Adjustments are easy and quick. This product is great for crossfit and other training and will help you get into shape. The red color of the rope is solid and very attractive making this perfect for the at home gym or to take with you to workout elsewhere. The rope ravels up easily allowing the product to be stored in a gym bag or stored away on a shelf. Overall a great product that provides great health benefits.
